Preferred candidate profile : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for electrical systems and a strong commitment to quality and safety. • Educational Background: o Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. o Considered: Diploma in Electrical/Polytechnic, or a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication, particularly if coupled with significant relevant experience in power systems. • Experience & Technical Expertise: o Medium Voltage Switchgears: Demonstrated strong practical experience in handling, testing, and commissioning Medium Voltage (MV) switchgears (11 kV to 33 kV). Relay Proficiency: Extensive and hands-on experience with Siemens and ABB Relays, including a proven ability to program, parameterize, calibrate, and troubleshoot these devices. Full Lifecycle Experience: Solid experience in the complete lifecycle of electrical installations, covering Installation, Commissioning, and Retrofitting of various electrical equipment. OEM Product Knowledge (Advantageous): Direct hands-on experience with Siemens and ABB electrical products (switchgear, breakers, relays, etc.) will be a significant advantage, showcasing familiarity with leading industry equipment. o Independent Site Handling: Proven capability to handle switchgear sites independently, demonstrating strong technical leadership and decision-making skills in the field. • Soft Skills & Attributes: o Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, influencing both internally and externally. o Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, colleagues, and other contractors on site. o Self-Motivation & Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses a strong passion for exceeding goals and consistently delivering exceptional results. o Problem-Solving & Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. o Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of electrical systems, best maintenance practices, and relevant industry regulations and safety standards. o Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively (Pan India) to various client sites as per project requirements.
