Key Analysis

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of companies, industries, and potential transactions.
• Create discounted cash flow (DCF) models, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis.
  

Market Research

• Conduct extensive industry research to support senior bankers in understanding market trends, competitive dynamics, and potential opportunities.
• Analyse economic and financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and develop recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and financial news relevant to the banking sector.
  

Transaction Support

• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials for M&A, equity offerings, and debt issuances.
• Support the due diligence process, including data gathering, financial analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders.
  

Client Interaction

• Participate in meetings and calls with clients to discuss strategic options, present findings, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations that summarize financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and deal terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with analysts, senior team, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and support. Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance their development.
  

Deal Execution

• Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to execute transactions, including drafting offering memoranda, coordinating with legal and accounting advisors, and managing project timelines.
• Monitor the progress of deals, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction are moving forward as planned.
  

Data Management

• Organize and manage large sets of financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
• Create and maintain databases of market and financial information for use in analysis and client Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering/MBA from top tier Institute/CA. CFA designation is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field
