As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the deal team in the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and other financial advisory services. Analyse economic and financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and develop recommendations. Transaction Support : Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials for M&A, equity offerings, and debt issuances. Support the due diligence process, including data gathering, financial analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders. Client Interaction : Participate in meetings and calls with clients to discuss strategic options, present findings, and provide updates on ongoing projects. Prepare detailed client reports and presentations that summarize financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and deal terms. Deal Execution : Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to execute transactions, including drafting offering memoranda, coordinating with legal and accounting advisors, and managing project timelines. Monitor the progress of deals, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction are moving forward as planned. Data Management : Organize and manage large sets of financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team. Create and maintain databases of market and financial information for use in analysis and client presentations. Education Qualifications : CA Rankers Skills : Analytical Skills : Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to assess financial statements, create financial models, and conduct valuations. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial models, reports, and presentations.
