Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment within the BFSI sector in the Indian staffing industry. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for clients across different domains. Your role will involve recruiting for a variety of technology and non-technical/functional positions, including both Contract to Hire and Permanent roles. It is essential to have expertise in using Keywords and Boolean Search techniques to source and screen candidates effectively through various platforms such as resume sourcing tools and social media. Successful candidates should possess excellent communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
