Job Description

Induspect India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter (female candidates only) with a specialization in Non-IT recruitment . This is a remote position ideal for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles.

Source and screen candidates using job portals, databases, and social media.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain a database of qualified candidates.

Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.

Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Experience: 1 years in NON IT recruitment.

Gender: Female (as per company requirement for this role).

Specialization: Non-IT Recruitment.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil , English , and Hindi .

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
