HR Recruiter

. This is a remote position ideal for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles. Source and screen candidates using job portals, databases, and social media. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain a database of qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications And Requirements

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Experience:

1 years in NON IT recruitment.

Gender:

Female (as per company requirement for this role).
