Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further steps
  • Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates
  • Draft clear and concise job descriptions and post openings on relevant recruitment platforms
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment
  • Female candidates only (as per company requirement)
  • Specialization in Non-IT recruitment
  • Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
