Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter Experience: 2 – 4 years Location: KPHB, Hyderabad Shift: US Shift (EST hours – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST) Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office) Transport: Drop facility available Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for non-IT roles such as healthcare, clinical research, accounting, finance, logistics, and administrative positions for clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT roles . Source candidates through job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and client expectations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures. Ensure compliance with US employment regulations (W2, C2C, 1099). Maintain accurate documentation using ATS tools and internal systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment . Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, employment types, and visa classifications. Experience hiring in domains such as healthcare, pharma, finance, logistics, or admin . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions. Comfortable working in US EST night shift . Preferred: Experience with VMS and ATS platforms. Prior exposure to working with direct clients or MSPs. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
