Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for bulk recruitment.
  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.
  • High-Volume Hiring:

    Close

    40-50 positions per month

    , meeting the staffing requirements efficiently.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding:

    Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months to 1 year in bulk hiring.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Performance Under Pressure:

    Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet hiring targets.
