Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring it meets the strategic objectives of the airport.Track budget performance, addressing any deviations and making necessary adjustments to stay within financial targets.Implement cost-effective practices to optimize spending across non-aero services, resource allocation, utilizing financial analysis and cost-saving measures.Regularly review and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement and ensure that commercial activities are conducted within budgetary constraints.Market Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance competitive edge across retail, F&B, advertising, and leasing sectors, leveraging data-driven strategies for revenue optimization.Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to legal standards and industry regulations, manage risks effectively, and maintain a secure environment to safeguard the airport’s reputation and assets.Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.Stakeholder Management

Educational Background:
Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field with a focus on commercial management, strategic planning, or airport management.Work Experience
20+ Years of experience in a Commercial function with at least 5 years of work experience in similar capacity.
