Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The New Business Development executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies and plans, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, overseeing account management activities, and fostering long-term partnerships to support organizational growth goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development
Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales
Proficient in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
Familiarity with the tech industry landscape and a passion for emerging trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
