Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to foster long-term partnerships. Additional responsibilities include identifying leads, setting up meetings, and creating tailored presentations to promote NoBrokerHood’s innovative services and solutions to prospective clients. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales and business growth targets is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales and Cold Calling.
  • Should be Proficient in

    English and Hindi

    Mandatory.
  • Engage with existing customers through calls to promote subscription upgrades, new offers, and add-on services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans or services.
  • Achieve daily and monthly upselling targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to explain features and benefits effectively.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure a seamless experience during the upselling process.
  • Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
