Job Highlights Experience required minimum – 4-5 years. 4+ years' of Network relevant technical support experience. Network level support, Basic Desktop Support. Routers, Switches, Firewalls, EPBAX, Cabling (LAN & Fibre), APs configurations, SSID config, VLANs, LAN, WAN, Web Mail Security, WLC, etc. Customer service oriented. Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills. Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, 6 days a week – Onsite Support (Sunday Off). Job Description A Network Engineer is a professional who designs, implements, manages, and maintains computer networks within an organization. Configuring Router, Switches, Firewalls, Access Point-Configure of AP’S, EPBAX, IP Phone, Cabling, Wi-Fi, Remote connectivity devices, wireless connectors for VC and other equipment’s and other associated network devices if any. Wireless implementations which includes Controller configurations (HA build), APs configurations, SSID config at enterprise levels,etc. Network Engineer ensure proper connectivity, security, and optimal performance by configuring IP addresses, VLANs, Routing Protocols, and Access Control lists. Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers’ suppliers Network Implementation and Configuration: Deploying and configuring network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirement. Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring networkperformance and troubleshooting network issues and resolve network outages, latency issues, or bottlenecks. They analyse network traffic patterns, perform packet captures, and investigate security incidents. Network Maintenance and Upgrades: Performing regular networkmaintenance tasks, including firmware upgrades, patch management, and hardware replacements. Network Engineers collaborate with vendors and service providers to schedule maintenance windows and minimize disruptions to network services Daily review and check the all meeting rooms and test the video confronting & Network devices. Awareness and basic knowledge are required: DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. work as per the established standards and guidelines. Monitoring and reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.) of Network Infrastructure & connections uptime & availability. Fortnightly review meetings with Process head to analyse their problems. Troubleshooting any reported problems and lead the team to achieve SLA. To evaluate & try various software beneficial for Business. Like: NMS etc. Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Provide prompt Support to resolve operational issues related to Hardware Failure, Data transaction processing systems and services. Responsible for managing Technology Service Delivery, Desktop and Application Support as per existing client’s requirements and support future clients/new processes. System Security: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Network Security: Implementing and maintaining networksecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect against malware and unauthorized access. Educate end-users on best security practices. Monitoring of network security software’s. Networkassessments, etc. Documentation and Reporting: Select appropriate technologies and hardware, and NetworkDesign and Planning: Designing and planning networkarchitecture based on business requirements. Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions. Generate reports on IT support activities and trends. Contribute to the development of IT documentation and knowledge base articles. Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary.
