Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and certified Network Expert to manage large business network systems. You will be responsible for designing, setting up, securing, and maintaining high-performance networks across different locations (LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid). Key Responsibilities: Create strong and secure network designs for office and remote environments. Set up advanced routing and switching systems. Use VLANs, ACLs, and firewalls for network security. Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless devices. Work with routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP. Set up IP address systems like NAT and PAT. Monitor network speed and fix slow areas. Improve traffic flow using QoS and traffic shaping. Do regular checks, updates, and system reviews. Lead network upgrades and system migrations. Make sure there is little to no downtime. Work with security teams to apply safety rules. Use tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs for protection. Design and manage wireless networks. Do site surveys and plan for strong wireless coverage. Keep network diagrams and records updated. Prepare reports on performance, problems, and system health. Required Skills & Experience: ✔️ 7+ years of experience in enterprise network roles ✔️ Hands-on experience with devices like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or Fortinet ✔️ Strong understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, STP, etc. ✔️ Deep knowledge of Routing (OSPF, BGP), Switching (VLANs), NAT, and VPNs ✔️ Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG ✔️ Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Ansible) – preferred Certifications (Must & Preferred): ✅ Required: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) CompTIA Network+ ✅ Preferred: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Juniper JNCIP CWNP for wireless skills ITIL Foundation Working Hours: Must be open to 24x7 support if required Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) in: Computer Science Information Technology Electronics & Telecommunication Computer or Network Engineering Show more Show less
