SAP B1 Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP B1 Functional Consultant (Finance & Logistics – SD/MM/PP)Location: Pune Employment Type: [Full-time] Positions Available: 2 Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and customize SAP Business One to meet business requirements.Work closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.Provide functional support for Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) modules.Perform system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 functional issues and optimize system performance.Collaborate with technical teams for reports, customizations, and integrations.Ensure compliance with financial and operational processes. Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience as an SAP B1 Functional Consultant.Strong expertise in Finance (FI) and Logistics (SD/MM/PP) modules.Experience in full-cycle SAP B1 implementation projects.Hands-on experience with HANA/SQL databases is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.SAP B1 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
