Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant – Network Security
Location: Mumbai
Department: Digital Trust & Transformation
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Network Security, you will:
• Assess and strengthen clients’ network and infrastructure security posture.
• Perform firewall configuration reviews, IDS/IPS management, and network
vulnerability assessments.
• Design and implement secure network architectures aligned with business and
compliance needs.
• Conduct network risk assessments, identify security gaps, and recommend
remediation measures.
• Support incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring
activities.
• Work with client IT/security teams to establish and maintain security controls
and documentation.
• Assist in developing security policies, standards, and procedures in line with
frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Contribute to internal knowledge building, proposal development, and thought
leadership initiatives.
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in network or infrastructure
security, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, IDS/IPS, proxy
servers, and endpoint protection systems.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and vulnerability assessment
tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nessus, Qualys, Splunk, etc.).
• Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001,
NIST, CIS Controls).
• Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred Certifications:
• CCNA / CCNP Security
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CompTIA Security+ / Network+
• CISSP / CISM (advantageous
