About the Role

We are seeking a Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage the networking backbone of our Faridabad facility. This role requires both strategic planning (network design, security, vendor coordination) and hands-on execution (router/switch configuration, Wi-Fi setup, CCTV integration).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy LAN/WAN, intranet, and Wi-Fi infrastructure across the facility.
• Install, configure, and maintain routers, managed switches, firewalls, access points, and VPNs.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols, firewalls, access controls, and data protection.
• Oversee integration and management of CCTV and other IoT security devices.
• Work with external vendors to obtain quotes, evaluate solutions, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor performance, resolve network issues, and ensure uptime across all systems.
• Maintain records of network design, IP mapping, hardware inventory, and security compliance.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Ubiquiti UniFi/Great Wall).
• Strong knowledge of routers, managed switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Familiarity with CCTV integration, NVR/DVR systems, and IoT security devices.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VLANs, IP addressing, and subnetting.
• Solid understanding of network security principles (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).
• Strong vendor coordination and cost-analysis skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, hybrid setups).
• Exposure to VoIP systems, IP telephony, and internal communication networks.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for network automation.
• Relevant certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.

Eligibility

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years in IT/networking infrastructure roles with hands-on deployment.
