We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer with deep expertise in Routing, Switching, Wireless technologies, and large-scale enterprise network operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LAN/WAN design and troubleshooting, NAC deployment, multi-vendor environments, and modern protocols like MPLS, BGP, OSPF.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support large-scale SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues (L2/L3) across multi-vendor environments.
• Implement and maintain NAC, network security, and access policies.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring network issues and drive permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to shift handovers, incident reviews, and KPI/SLA tracking.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekend support as required.

Mandatory Skills

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, Wireless

✔ In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, STP, RSTP

✔ Experience managing multi-vendor L2/L3 switches (Cisco, Avaya, Extreme, Nortel)

✔ Hands-on with WLAN technologies – Cisco/Aruba controllers & access points

✔ Familiarity with WAN communication: VPN, SSL VPN, MPLS

✔ Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions

✔ Knowledge of Load Balancers (F5, NetScaler) and WAN optimizers (Riverbed)

✔ Comfortable working in ITIL environments – Incident, Change, Problem Management

✔ Ability to handle customer escalations, perform RCA, and document findings

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills

Preferred/Bonus Skills

➕ Experience with security devices – Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Juniper firewalls

➕ Working knowledge of Infoblox, DDI technologies

➕ Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools for SLA tracking
