Strong experience on Routing, Switching & Wireless technologies.

Strong troubleshooting techniques on Networking technology

Managed large enterprise SDWAN, WAN, LAN and WLAN networks.

Hands on experience with NAC deployment.

Expertise in multi vendor L2/L3 switches.

In depth knowledge of LAN/WAN support for data networks at Access, Aggregation, and Core network including redundancy protocols such as HSRP, VRRP etc.

In depth knowledge of WLAN technologies ‿ Wireless controller & access points.

Thorough understanding of modern service provider TCP/IP data networks including MPLS, OSPF, BGP4, EIGRP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VLAN.

Familiarity with MPLS & WAN communication technology like Internet VPN, SSL VPN.

Good knowledge and hands on experience with routing and switching.

Router, Switch, and IP configuration experience.

Working knowledge on Load balancer and WAN optimization Riverbed

Knowledge of Load Balancer, WAN Optimizer and security devices is an additional advantage.

Familiarity with ITIL Framework concepts such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Flexibility for long working hours and readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekends.

Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.

✔ Strong expertise in Routing, Switching & Wireless technologies

✔ Hands-on experience in NAC deployment

✔ Proficient in SDWAN, WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies

✔ In-depth knowledge of protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN

✔ Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Avaya, Aruba network devices

✔ Experience with Load Balancer (F5, NetScaler), WAN Optimizer (Riverbed)

✔ Familiarity with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills

✔ Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and from office (Pune/Hyderabad)

✔ Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
