Job Description – NetSuite Consultant (Functional + Technical)
Project support -2-3 hours (Monday to Friday )
15000 per month
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Consultant who will be responsible for building and delivering functionalities that are out of scope for the current implementation partner. The role requires strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, reporting, and integrations, particularly in Record to Report and Field Service modules.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements marked as Out-of-Scope and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design and implement customizations in Record to Report (budgets, forecasting, allocations, sensitivity analysis, recurring expense tagging, etc.).
Develop solutions for Field Service module including project forecasting, GPS tracking integration, advanced reporting, and project setup enhancements.
Build custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support business needs not covered by the implementation partner.
Work on SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for automation, validations, and UI enhancements.
Integrate third-party solutions (e.g., GPS tracking, reporting tools) with NetSuite using REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide ongoing support, testing, and documentation for all custom solutions delivered in out-of-scope areas.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure custom solutions align with business processes.
