As a Financial Data Management specialist, your role will involve working with NetSuite as the primary ERP system. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accurate and timely entry of financial data into the NetSuite system - Developing and maintaining financial reports within NetSuite, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and ad hoc reports - Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process by using NetSuite for financial scenario modeling - Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline financial processes within NetSuite - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining internal controls within NetSuite - Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and customize the platform Your qualifications should meet the following criteria: - Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification may be preferred - Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field with specific experience in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, excellent communication and project management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of NetSuite's features and functionalities In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, your technical skills should include: - Developing and deploying SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 for customization, automation, and enhancements - Building and optimizing SuiteFlow workflows to improve business process automation - Creating custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards for actionable business insights - Troubleshooting and resolving scripting and performance issues - Designing, developing, and implementing integrations between NetSuite and other business systems - Utilizing integration tools such as SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services), Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or others to ensure data synchronization and seamless communication This role necessitates a high level of proficiency in NetSuite and related financial systems, along with a solid background in financial analysis and reporting.
