As a NetSuite Consultant, your role is crucial in supporting and developing company applications in collaboration with the IT team. Your responsibilities include planning, designing, developing, launching, and maintaining systems and solutions to support core organizational functions. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Partnering with teams to understand business scope and implement sustainable solutions following the company's strategic direction and standards. - Ensuring coding best practices and development principles are adhered to by both external and internal partners. - Working on internal development projects throughout the entire development lifecycle. - Collaborating with business liaisons and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Creating process flowcharts, diagrams, and related documentation. - Participating in designing new features and enhancements. - Staying updated on current software development techniques, methodologies, tools, and technologies. - Proposing and implementing solutions to improve application efficiency and effectiveness. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during project implementation and maintenance. - Working independently or in a team to meet agreed-upon timelines. - Analyzing end-user needs and developing software to meet demand. - Demonstrating proficiency in test-driven development, unit testing, and object-oriented design. - Providing database integrations and data migrations between applications. - Completing role-specific training, certifications, or industry events as assigned. In addition to the above responsibilities, the following qualifications and experiences are required for this role: - Experience with solution design and creating design specifications. - Proficiency in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Module) and Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) application development. - Minimum 5 years of experience with NetSuite. - Experience in handling several complex ERP implementations.
