Job Summary

.NET Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET and Azure-based projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to business requirements.
Oversee Azure deployments including Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Key Vault, ADF, and related services.
Collaborate with architects and developers to enforce design best practices, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture standards.
Conduct technical reviews on GitHub pull requests, focusing on code quality, redundancy elimination, logic clarity, security, and maintainability.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines are optimized and integrated with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
Drive effective collaboration using Jira (project tracking) and Confluence (documentation).
Mentor team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and system security practices.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
Maintain risk logs, sprint reports, and project documentation for visibility at the management level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in project management or technical leadership roles.
Strong technical background in
.NET Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, SQL Server
.
Proven expertise with
Azure services
: Service Bus, Key Vault, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, ADF.
Solid understanding of
SOLID principles
, design patterns (Factory, Singleton), and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with
GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps
.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (
Jira
) and documentation platforms (
Confluence
).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Azure certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, AKS).
Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, able to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
