Job Description & Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resource allocation, schedules, and milestones. Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in resource utilization. Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and issues, and developing mitigation plans to minimize impact. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders and proper documentation. Oversee the complete SDLC process, ensuring that requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment are executed efficiently. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, timelines, risk logs, and status reports. Regularly report project performance metrics, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and collaborative teamwork. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and changes. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project timelines, risks, and key decisions. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business needs and objectives.
