*Job Description: National Sales Manager - Used Car* *Job Title*: National Sales Manager - Used Car *Department*: Sales *Location*: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (with extensive travel across India) *Employment Type*: Full-Time *Job Summary*: The National Sales Manager - Used Car will lead the sales strategy and operations for the used car financing division at MAS Financial Services Limited. The role involves driving sales growth nationwide, with a specific focus on leveraging experience in Gujarat and other states to expand market share, build partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. --- *Key Responsibilities*: 1. *Sales Strategy and Growth*: - Develop and implement a national sales strategy to grow the used car financing portfolio. - Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening presence in existing regions, with a focus on Gujarat and other key states. - Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution. 2. *Team Leadership*: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team to meet performance goals. - Conduct training and performance reviews to ensure team alignment with company objectives. 3 . *Stakeholder Management*: - Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, OEMs, and other industry partners, particularly in Gujarat and other states. - Negotiate partnerships to enhance business opportunities and brand visibility. 4. *Market Analysis and Reporting*: - Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management. 5. *Compliance and Collaboration*: - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms) and company policies. - Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 6 . *Field Operations*: - Oversee field sales activities and travel across regions to monitor performance and support the team. - Leverage regional expertise, particularly in Gujarat, to drive localized strategies. --- *Qualifications and Skills*: - *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - *Experience*: - 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role in used car financing or automotive industry. - Proven experience in Gujarat and multiple other states, with a strong network of industry contacts. - *Skills*: - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of the used car financing market and regional dynamics. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales management tools and MS Office. - Ability to travel extensively across India. - Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (preferred). --- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*: - Achievement of national and regional sales targets. - Growth in market share, especially in Gujarat and other key states. - Effective management of dealer relationships and partnerships. - Reduction in sales cycle time and improved team productivity. --- *Preferred Attributes*: - Established network with used car dealers and stakeholders in Gujarat and other states. - Proven track record of driving sales growth in the used car financing sector. - Ability to adapt strategies to diverse regional markets. --- *Why Join MAS Financial Services?* - Lead a high-growth portfolio with a reputed NBFC. - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to shape the national used car financing strategy. - Supportive work environment with career growth prospects.
