? ?Responsible for ensuring targets are met and adhering to cost budgets ?Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity Quality ?Proactively identify changes in USED CAR market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly ?Partnership with DSA/ Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management ?Portfolio Management ?Appointment of quality sales force as per business plan ?Following up and liasioning with credit process for maintaining efficient TAT ?Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast ?Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies ?With an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire USED CAR process
