Job Description

As a Sales Head at Talent Leap, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing Pan-India sales operations for the assigned pharmaceutical portfolio. Your proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in the cardiovascular diabetic segment, will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and executing the company's sales strategy nationwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the Pan India sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the company's assigned portfolio. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration. - Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives. - Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet individual and team goals. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the respective therapy. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and regulatory, to ensure effective product positioning, promotional campaigns, and seamless product launches. - Conduct regular field visits to assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive activities. - Manage and optimize the sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. - Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new product launches and market segments.
