Job Description

We are Looking for NATIONAL SALES MANAGER PAN INDIA.

Immediate Joiner or Max. 30 Days Notice Period.

Job Location - Bangalore and MUMBAI.

Sal. 30 LPA to 45 LPA or More for Deserving Candidate.

Must Master Degree In Sales and Marketing from Reputed Institute.

  • Responsible for All India Sales for Automotive Business of the Group Retail, Fleet Private and Institutional Sales
  • Responsibility includes OEM Business coordination supported by President S & S.
  • Automotive Business of the Group includes Bus and Coach Body for the total range from LCV to MHCV Coaches , Seats, Bus Electronics and Composites
  • Sales Channel Management including the Liaison network
  • Create and Manage Sales Organisation to cover the Business Areas
  • Constant Feedback to Product Development Team on Market Requirements
  • Product Management for respective Business Areas

Profile Requirement

  • Result oriented Sales Manager with minimum 10 years experience in successful Sales position
  • Graduate Engineer with a First Class and good consistent academic credentials
  • Should have Spoken Language skills in English, Hindi and two South Indian Languages with a good skill in Reading and Writing capability in English
  • Practical exposure along with excellent negotiation and customer facing skills;
  • Proficient in client dealings especially with Large Bus Fleet operators and State Transport Undertakings
  • Experience in People Management having handled a reporting team of minimum 5 persons at Managerial Level
  • Outstanding communications, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Business Analytics with an experience in Forecasting and Planning
  • Willing to Travel extensively with a hands on capability to handle the business and Lead the Team from the Front
