JOB DISCRIPTION FOR PLANT MANAGER-

Our organization is searching for a dynamic Plant Manager to take on the

responsibility of overseeing plant activities in order to meet business objectives. The

successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance, and

will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner thats consistent

with quality requirements. He will also delegate authority to key supervisors in

production, manage all functions involved and direct and coordinate operations for

the processing plant.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock

2. Maintain a clean and safe workplace

3. Analyse production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements

4. Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies

5. Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources

6. Responsible for plant production rotation, quality inspection, optimization of

resources, manpower management, store management, material receiving &

dispatches.

7. Ensuring documentation / reports completion of every operator

8. Reporting problems & providing solution and guidance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or from Mechanical background

6+ years of experience in the field

Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations

Strong communication, Excellent communication skills, Excellent administration skills,

Management and supervisory skills

RELEVENT INDUSTRY CANDIDATE PREFERABLE

SALARY-

6 LPA- 10 LPA
