National Sales Manager

You are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager from the Orthopedic Implants & Instruments industry to lead and oversee pan-India sales operations. Your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, leading regional sales teams, tracking sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating marketing activities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies for orthopedic implants & instruments across India. - Lead, guide, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve national targets. - Track sales performance and present regular reports to the MD. - Identify and develop new business opportunities, surgeons network, hospitals, and distribution channels. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, hospitals, surgeons, and distributors. - Coordinate with marketing for CME programs, exhibitions, and promotional activities. - Conduct market & competitor analysis specific to orthopedic devices. - Negotiate and finalize high-value institutional/hospital deals. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of total sales experience, at least 5 years in a managerial position handling multi-location teams. Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred. - Skills: Strong leadership and team management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, willingness to travel extensively across India, knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
