Osseous Surgicals, a manufacturer and exporter of orthopedic implants and instruments, is hiring for multiple office-based positions. All candidates must have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and be ready to relocate to Morbi. Salary will be based on skills and experience.

1. Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Ø Female candidates preferred

Ø Good spoken and written English, strong communication skills

Ø Sales coordination, lead generation, payment follow-ups, dealer communication, record keeping

Ø Graduate with basic computer skills

2. Export Coordinator & Documentation Executive

Ø Experience in export documentation and coordination

Ø Handle export orders, shipping documents, customs compliance

Ø Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, logistics partners

Ø Good written/verbal English, MS Office skills

3. Government Tender Executive

Ø Experience in government tender filing and documentation

Ø Identify tenders, prepare bids, submit documents, coordinate with e-tender portals

Ø Maintain tender records, ensure compliance

Ø Good MS Office skills

4. Graphic Designer (CorelDRAW/Photoshop)

Ø Male/Female candidates preferred

Ø Creative design for brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media posts

Ø Handle basic social media accounts of the company

Ø Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop

Ø Good teamwork and communication

5. Purchase Executive

Ø Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or technical background

Ø Purchase tools, raw materials, components for VMC, CNC, Sliding Head Machines

Ø Find suppliers, check quality, negotiate prices, maintain stock, coordinate deliveries

Ø Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
