Job Description

Monthly sales planning and follow up
Ensuring ownership of loss of sales by increasing sensitivity of team on de-growing HQs
Ensuring implementation of Marketing activities ( In-house & external)
Reviewing coverage of customers; maintaining minimum 90% coverage including speciality as applicable
Ensuring spread of performance of Managers
Anticipates and pre-empts the change in the market scenario and designs/suggests plans accordingly
Works on Mass development of KOL, by identifying the Functional skills and multiple actions to engage the KOL and other customers; ensuring business through rigorous implementation
Passing the relationship developed with KOL to team in the field, by coaching them with timely intervention by doing field work
Connect with lead KOL of the Division and therapy
Tracking the Attrition and ensuring timely vacancy filling with quality candidates through Managers
Ensuring Transparency from HO and Field; Link between Marketing / Distribution/HR and field on related matters
Designing Consistent Reviews at different Hierarchy—ensuring the message to the last MR
Development of Potential RSM and ZSM
