Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head at Lasarkaali Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the national sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. The role involves monitoring sales performance, conducting market analysis, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the National Sales Head will be responsible for providing sales training and mentoring to the sales team, and ensuring alignment of sales activities with the company's overall objectives.


Qualifications

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL CONSUMABLES.

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and managing recruitment processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales management is a plus
