National Sales Head

Department: Fertilizer Division Reporting to: Director / Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a national sales strategy for organic fertilizers across India. Build and manage a high-performing sales team (regional/state-level). Develop channel partnerships – dealers, agri-retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers. Work closely with export team to align domestic & international market strategies. Monitor market intelligence, competitor movements, and pricing trends. Identify government tenders, subsidy schemes, and agri-department collaborations. Achieve revenue and growth targets across states. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams for effective branding and field trials. Required Qualifications & Experience: 10–15 years of experience in agri-input sales , preferably in fertilizers, organic products, or bio-agri solutions. Proven track record in building and managing national sales operations . Strong dealer/distributor network across India. Ability to work in a startup-like environment with entrepreneurial energy. Fluent in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus. Exposure to organic/agrochemical product certifications and compliances is desirable.
