Export Head – Organic Fertilizers

Department: International Business Reporting to: Director / Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute international sales strategy for organic fertilizers. Identify and develop distributor/importer networks across key markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, etc.). Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, certifications, and quality standards. Manage export documentation, logistics, and coordination with CHA/Freight Forwarders. Identify international tenders, B2B opportunities, and trade shows. Liaise with product and operations teams to ensure product-market fit. Build strong relationships with global partners and government export bodies. Required Qualifications & Experience: 8–12 years in international sales/export of agri-inputs, fertilizers, or organic products. Proven experience with regulatory requirements , certifications (NOP, EU Organic, etc.). Familiarity with export documentation , DGFT policies, and INCOTERMS.
