Job Title: National Head – Sales & Support Location: Mumbai (HO) + Pan-India Travel Department: Sales & Customer Success Reporting To: Founder Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Position Overview The National Head – Sales & Support will lead WonDRx’s nationwide sales and support operations through a geographically dispersed team of Sales & Service Managers (SSMs). This strategic role demands expertise in remote team leadership, healthcare sector knowledge, and a track record of delivering revenue growth and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will implement scalable processes, leverage tech tools, and drive KPIs aligned with WonDRx’s expansion goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead and coach SSMs across India, promoting ownership and performance. Build remote team management systems for visibility and accountability. Conduct structured reviews and upskill team capabilities. Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute national sales plans to meet revenue and adoption goals. Identify regional opportunities and align sales with product and marketing. Support & Customer Success Oversee post-sales service delivery to ensure excellence. Improve customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement. Channel field feedback into process and product improvements. KPI Development & Monitoring Set, track, and analyze KPIs for sales and service functions. Use dashboards for visibility and present performance insights to leadership. Remote Team Governance Deploy CRM and digital tools to monitor dispersed teams effectively. Standardize reporting and ensure compliance to field processes. Travel & Market Expansion Travel 20–25 days/month to support field teams and drive business.Develop region-wise growth plans and build healthcare partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, tech, and product teams for aligned execution. Share market insights to inform product development and strategy. Experience: 10+ years in Pharma, Healthcare, or MedTech Sales/Support roles. Proven success managing pan-India field teams and remote structures. History of target achievement, service improvement, and stable job tenure. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. KPI-driven mindset with experience in CRM/reporting tools. Ability to manage cross-functional engagement and strategic execution. Education Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
