Job Description

MySQL and Nodejs Developer

Senior Developer

This is a great opportunity for a passionate developer to building cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, optimize and manage existing
MySQL
databases, ensuring high performance, maintaining regular backups, data integrity, and security.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Node.js
. Implement robust APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Contribute to system design discussions, architecture planning, and technical roadmaps.
Knowledge of Linux, and also Apache and Nginx web servers for configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in creating and executing migration scripts for smooth production deployments.
Clear understanding of Git/Bitbucket workflows, including resolving merge conflicts, performing rollbacks, and ensuring version control best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience
in backend development, with at least 3+ years working in
Node.js
and
MySQL
Strong expertise in
MySQL
, including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and database design. Strong understanding of
backend architecture and design patterns
.
Experience in building and consuming
RESTful APIs
. Proficiency in
JavaScript
.
Frontend exposure to React and Next would be a good to have
Understanding of
security best practices
, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
Understanding of with
cloud platforms
and hosting. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation. Familiarity with
DevOps tools
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.
