Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple stores, ensuring brand and quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor cleanliness, product quality, customer service, and compliance with SOPs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate store teams to maintain high performance and morale.
• Monitor sales, analyze performance reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure proper inventory management and reduce wastage through accurate forecasting.
• Drive upselling initiatives and improve overall store profitability.
• Manage staffing schedules, especially for peak hours and weekends.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with the central kitchen and logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple retail/QSR locations (F&B experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
• Proven ability to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel frequently between stores.
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays.
