Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update

    stock records

    for raw materials, packaging, finished goods
  • Coordinate

    inward and outward entries

    from the central factory to stores
  • Conduct

    daily physical stock checks

    and reconcile with software
  • Raise

    reorder alerts

    for low-stock items in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the

    production, warehouse, and supply chain teams

  • Assist in

    monthly audits

    and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure

    stock hygiene and FIFO/LIFO discipline

    in cold storage and dry zones
  • Use

    inventory management software

    and generate reports as required.

    • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles
    • Working knowledge of

      stock software, Excel/Google Sheets

    • Experience in food, QSR, or retail is an added advantage
    • High attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability
    • Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-location stock movements
