Job description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head – Graphic Designing to lead and inspire our design team. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and leadership to produce impactful visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals. You will be responsible for setting the creative direction, overseeing all graphic content, and ensuring consistent visual standards across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design team in conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative strategies across digital and print media. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to translate campaigns into compelling visuals. Oversee and review all graphic designs, illustrations, motion graphics, and other visual outputs. Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all assets and campaigns. Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients when needed. Mentor and manage a team of graphic designers, art directors, and visual artists. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to creative outputs. Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships (e.g., printers, photographers). Ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery of all creative projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. experience in graphic design matters with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator , InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital/print work, and creative direction. Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color, and design principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
