Job Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Supervise and inspire a team of designers, fostering creative growth and collaborative excellence.
Design Versatility: Develop high-quality visuals across a wide spectrum—branding, UI/UX, digital campaigns, print, presentations, social content, and motion graphics.
UI/UX Oversight: Lead the user experience strategy for digital products, ensuring seamless interaction design and responsive layouts that elevate usability.
Motion Design: Create and direct animated assets for social media, digital ads, explainer videos, and product interfaces that bring static visuals to life.
Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align design outputs with business goals.
Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual continuity across all channels. Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, manage timelines and resources, and maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
Continuous Improvement: Use performance data, user testing, and feedback to refine designs and optimize user experience.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

Advanced skills in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and interface design

Proven experience in motion design and video editing using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools

Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and storytelling through visuals

Solid portfolio showcasing a wide range of work: branding, web/mobile interfaces, and motion content

Excellent organizational and communication skills
