About the Role

Fotello is hiring a Marketing Design Intern to help us ship high-velocity creatives that drive growth across ads, landing pages, website motion, and social content. You will turn product updates into short visual stories, build repeatable templates that keep our brand consistent, and move fast with our Content and Performance teams to create world-class work with real ownership and real feedback loops.

What You’ll Do

• Design weekly ad creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube (static, motion thumbnails, reels)
• Create fast, punchy videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid ads
• Create short motion pieces: before/after edits, feature showcases, demos, product launches.
• Set up and maintain a lean design system in Figma (colors, type, components, templates)
• Build and iterate high-converting landing pages (desktop & mobile) with clear visual storytelling
• Support marketing events & partner assets, ensuring brand consistency
• Use performance data (CTR, CVR, heatmaps) to continuously improve designs

What We’re Looking For

• Static + Motion graphics and video editing ability with a strong portfolio

  (Required)
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects(Required)
• Sharp eye for storytelling, composition, and clarity
• basic sound design, color, and lightweight 3D or cinematic text treatments
• Awareness of US & Canadian trends, memes, and pop culture
• Comfortable with fast-paced creative cycles and measurable impact
• Available to work in person from our Gurugram office
