Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual design sense along with the ability to create engaging motion graphics and short videos for digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, content, and project teams to deliver impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality

  graphics for social media, websites, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials

• Create motion graphics, animated creatives, and short promotional videos

  for social media and digital campaigns
• Develop video content for

  reels, ads, explainer videos, and brand promotions

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements

• Edit videos, add animations, transitions, text, and basic sound effects

• Revise designs and videos based on feedback and deliver within timelines

• Manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 – 5 years

  of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Motion Designer
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles

• Ability to create both static and motion creatives

  independently
• Basic understanding of social media formats and digital marketing requirements
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Good to Have

• Experience in creating

  social media reels and ad creatives

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or Figma

• Experience working in an IT or digital services company

• Understanding of current design and motion trends
