We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro to produce a variety of video content aimed at enhancing our software products' understanding and use. This role is pivotal in creating clear and engaging video content, including podcast videos, product team demos, soft skill training videos, and animated videos using whiteboard animation software. You will be working closely with our product and training teams to transform complex software concepts and educational content into accessible and visually appealing videos.Roles and responsibilities:Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The Business Data Analyst is tasked with understanding the requirements of different department teams to evaluate their performance metrics and identify potential needs. This role involves extensive discussions with various departments to review objectives, challenges, and requirements, and to develop practical solutions that align with existing systems. The position includes analyzing team expectations and monitoring numerous data points related to ticket handling to identify anomalies, determine root causes, and find effective ways to track and address these issues using reports and dashboards. The Business Data Analyst is responsible for creating dashboards and reports for multiple teams, including HR, Sales, Accounting, Legal, Infrastructure, and other reporting needs as they arise. This individual processes tickets for new report requests or modifications to existing reports and dashboards and collaborates with department leaders to discuss their requirements and workflows to track progress and improve performance. The analyst will coordinate with the Bold BI and Bold Reports development team to request feature support, and with the Analytics team to retrieve the required database details. The creation of reports and dashboards will be like the work we are doing with Power BI.
