About the Role

Responsibilities

Content & calendars:

• Own the social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Schedule posts across time zones for North America and Europe
• Write short form captions, hooks and on screen text & repurpose long videos into reels, shorts, carousels and stories

Campaigns & creativity

• Turn launches, features and customer stories into simple campaigns
• Research what works for creators, SaaS brands and real estate media pages
• Support influencer and partner collaborations

Community & insights

• Deeply understand real estate photographers as a niche
• Monitor comments and DMs and share insights with the team
• Turn audience questions and jokes into content ideas

Analytics & iteration

• Track post and campaign performance & share what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Suggest experiments and help test new ideas every week

Qualifications

• At least one prior paid social media internship, working under a social media manager or marketing lead with experience in Instagram, Facebook or TikTok 
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian trends, memes and pop culture
• Ability to write short, punchy, human captions in English that feel native to each platform
• Experience managing posting schedules and content calendars
• Basic understanding of social analytics and what good performance looks like
• Skills repurposing content across formats and platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Premier Pro, DaVinci, Inshot or other video editing software (Preferred)
• Experience with SaaS, tech or creator brands (Preferred)
• Experience coordinating with designers, video editors or influencers
• Comfortable working in person from our Gurgaon office.
