About the Job Job Title: Social Media Intern Location: New Delhi Duration: 2 months Paid Internship About SEHER Founded in 1994 by Sanjeev Bhargava, SEHER has been reimagining how India experiences culture. From the Udaipur World Music Festival and Jaipur Jazz & Blues Festival to Bhakti Utsav and Ananya Dance Festival, SEHER has spent three decades bringing music, dance, theatre, and visual art out of closed auditoria and into public spaces and heritage monuments — making art accessible to everyone. We work with ministries, international collaborations, and cultural organisations to create experiences that bring communities together through the arts. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Intern to support the stories we tell — online and on-ground. Role Overview As a Social Media Intern at SEHER, you’ll be supporting the digital front of some of India’s biggest cultural festivals. From curating stories during live events to assisting with reels, captions, and content calendars — you’ll be part of shaping how audiences engage with our work across social platforms. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who wants to learn how culture is documented and shared in real time. What You’ll Do Capture on-ground content during events — short videos, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and stories. Assist in managing influencer outreach, coordination, and collaboration logistics. Support in creating and planning reels, stories, posts, and social formats. Help maintain the content calendar and organize photo/video assets. Track influencer deliverables, engagements, and performance. Stay updated with trends in creators, culture, and festival storytelling. Who You Are A student or recent graduate interested in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing. Someone who enjoys shooting content using a phone or camera (basic comfort is enough; we’ll guide you). Good communication skills with a natural sense of storytelling and visuals. Curious, proactive, and excited to work in dynamic, live-event environments. Interest in arts, music, festivals, or cultural experiences is a plus. Why Join SEHER Because you’ll learn at the intersection of creators, culture, and creativity. You’ll help shape how festivals are documented and experienced — through content, collaborations, and real-time storytelling.
