Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron) Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) High sense of urgency and proactiveness Strong teamwork and collaboration Good English communication skills Customer care orientation Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution Nice to Have: Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for log and alert checks Exposure to cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident management Familiarity with application logs and performance metrics Roles and Responsibilities 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, applications and scheduled jobs Detect and triage alerts; initiate runbook-based actions Document and update incidents accurately in ServiceNow Escalate issues following incident handling procedures Collaborate with peers and communicate effectively with support teams
