Job Description

Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron) Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) High sense of urgency and proactiveness Strong teamwork and collaboration Good English communication skills Customer care orientation Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution Nice To Have Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for log and alert checks Exposure to cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident management Familiarity with application logs and performance metrics Show more Show less
