As a Salesforce Development Professional at YASH Technologies, your role will involve: - Analyzing requirements and developing technical solutions aligning with Salesforce best practices. - Providing solutioning to customers based on user requirements analysis that meets customer expectations. - Defining optimal design and solutions to client-provided requirements. - Delivering customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhering to SLAs. - Driving the team for delivery excellence. - Innovating through conceptualizing new tools and accelerators for competency building activities. - Mentoring and guiding team members, providing support on project deliverables. - Preparing functional designs, system configuration, performing relevant testing, and deployment of the designed business solution. - Leading the team technically in Salesforce projects. Required Technical/Functional Competencies in Platform Development: - Hands-on experience in APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Development Certifications, Lightening UI Aura Development, LWC Development. Sales Cloud Experience: - Configuring & customizing Sales Cloud modules, including Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Account Management, Contract Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Order Capture, Forecasting, Territory Management, Reports, Dashboards, Lightening UI Aura Development, LWC Development, CPQ. Experience Cloud Experience: - Handling Experience Cloud modules & functionalities such as Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Salesforce Community/Portal Configurations, Partner &/or Customer Onboarding, Lead Management, Account Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Article & Content Management, Standard & Custom Template Usage, Reports, Dashboards, Integrations, Lightening UI Aura Development, LWC Development. - Completion of all Experience Cloud Trailheads & Badges. Service Cloud Experience: - Configuring & customizing Service Cloud modules, which include Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Account Management, Contact Management, Case Management, Web to Case, CTI Integration, Social Channels, Omnichannel, Entitlements & SLA Management, Article & Content Management, Reports, Dashboards, Integrations, Lightening UI Aura Development, LWC Development. Any Industry Clouds Experience: - Hands-on experience in any Industry Cloud such as B2B eCommerce, B2C eCommerce, Marketing Cloud (B2C Marketing), Pardot (B2B Marketing), Field Service Lightening/ServiceMax, HealthCloud, FinanceCloud, CPQ, Consumer goods Cloud, etc. - Completion of Trailheads & Badges for any of the Salesforce Industry Clouds. Required Behavioral Competencies: - Taking responsibility for and ensuring accuracy of own work, as well as the work and deadlines of the team. - Sharing information within the team, participating in team activities, and understanding other points of view. - Demonstrating readiness for change, understanding the impact of changes on work. - Identifying trends and patterns from customer preferences to customize services and exceed customer needs. - Targeting communications for the appropriate audience and clearly articulating positions or decisions. - Setting realistic stretch goals for self & others and achieving defined goals/targets. - Displaying sensitivity in interactions, understanding others' views and concerns.
