Job Description

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is seeking Salesforce Development Professionals with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices, and delivering customer requirements within agreed timelines. You will also be tasked with mentoring and guiding team members, preparing functional designs, system configuration, and technically leading the team in Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning to Salesforce best practices. - Provide solutioning to customers based on user requirements analysis. - Define optimal design and solution to client-provided requirements. - Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhere to SLAs. - Drive the team for delivery excellence. - Innovate through conceptualizing new tools and accelerators for competency building activities. - Mentor and guide team members, providing support on project deliverables. - Prepare functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing, and deployment of the designed business solution. - Technically lead the team in Salesforce projects. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Development Certifications, Lightening UI Aura Development, LWC Development. - Experience in configuring & customizing Sales Cloud modules, such as Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Account Management, Contract Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and more. - Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud modules & functionalities, including Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Salesforce Community/Portal Configurations, Partner &/or Customer Onboarding, and more. - Experience in configuring & customizing Service Cloud modules, such as Salesforce Declaratives & Configurations, Account Management, Contact Management, Case Management, Web to Case, CTI Integration, and more. - Hands-on experience in any Industry Cloud, such as B2B eCommerce, B2C eCommerce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Field Service Lightening/ServiceMax, HealthCloud, FinanceCloud, CPQ, Consumer goods Cloud, etc. - Minimum 5 SFDC Certifications.
